i payed 20 chf for the goggles. because i would like to keep both my eyes safe i will buy new goggles from AA store. better safe than sorry

i ordered some goggles from wish.com (mostly chinese produtcs) and when i unpacked them today i noticed something in the instructions. they say not to use these goggles with paintball or any kind of simulation training. what i dont understand is that these goggles advertise that they are capable of withstand a shotgun bullet (real ammo). so why can they protect from real bullet but not from plastic BB? goggles are the, revision desert locust goggles |

Take your Gun and Shoot on it ... There are two options... 1. The glas break and you can be happy because you don't wear it on the field... 2. You don't have any scratch on your glas and then you can't wear it because you don't trust this test... Kidding ... For a official Paintball certificate or better that you can say a google is proved for paintball, they need to hold a lot more of energy then a paintball will create on googles... But i really think when a Product seller tell you this google can hold a Shotgun bullet and they put on the instruction don't use it for Paintball or what ever contact the seller or producer and ask? Maybe there are other reason for this Information. (the google don't protect all sides or they still wan't be save for some reason). |

If you can trust it is a genuine Revision product, I can tell you got one of the best products for eye safety... Check the website for further information. Revision is also the supplier of Swiss Army Shooting glasses (Revision Sawfly) besides a few other countries. To be sure, I suggest you do what Indy wrote... Shoot from point blank (+/- 10cm) and see for the results. Best regards Bangkok |

20 bucks for original Revision goggles?  Test them before you use them in the field.
