i ordered a battery from airsoft.ch because AA-store didnt have anything over 2000mAh.
i ordered a 9.6v 3600mAh and i payed 87.90 CHF (77.90 battery, 2.00 priority post package, 8 postage) and i received a 8.4v 3600 mAh instead. after reading the paper about refund/return i was surprised to see that i must pay to return the item and they wont do refund to paypal accounts.
and in the invoice/bill of delivery the item is 9.6v battery so this is a error from airsoft.ch
can someone help me and tell me what can i do to get my item without paying anything extra because this was their error not mine.

Just write them an E-Mail and explain them your Problem.

But i think the Normal way, as well for one who don't speak german is to send a mail to the seller and don't open a Thread on a Airsoft Board...

im just asking what is the best way to solve this without spending money sending package back.
i have sent email and will go to the store change the battery directly.
i know i dont speak much german but when i use google translate i always get some funny translations.

The refund policy from tmt is only for stuff you ordered, you don't order this battery, so you don't have to pay... The refund policy in Switzerland its only a rule when you want send something back, but not when the seller send you the wrong product ...

i hope you understand something wrong in the Mails from TMT... You can send me a PN when you need help to understand some stuff. ..
